It is the aim of The Rickter Company Ltd to provide a valuable and reliable service to both organisations and individuals within the social and commercial sectors of today’s environment.
The service will be provided through a Quality Management System (QMS), with a trained team of staff endeavouring to constantly improve what they do.
The Rickter Company Ltd aim to consistently assess and improve their service by continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
The Rickter Company Ltd will set and review the Company Objectives and the Policy Statement annually during a Management Review Meeting. This will monitor their continued appropriacy and progress.
To meet the company objectives The Rickter Company Ltd use a system detailed in the Quality Manual which has been created to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, and where applicable, Investors in People.
