The Rickter Company works to the ISO 9001:2008 standard and we are proud to have retained our ISO accreditation since our certification back in March 2004.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) is an integral part of all that we do and ensures we remain customer-focused, proactive in developing unique products and flexible in our approach to ensure that we can always meet your individual requirements.

Investors in People

October 2009 saw the Rickter Company Ltd again successfully achieve the Investors in People recognition.

We initially undertook assessment for this standard in 2003 as a way of demonstrating our commitment to improving business performance and standards of service.
