Our Directors Rick Hutchinson and Keith Stead first met and began working together in 1993 when they developed what is now known as the Rickter Scale^®.

The Rickter Scale was initially developed for working within the field of social inclusion where we identified a lack of any effective means to measure or quantify the soft–outcome related progress that individuals were actually achieving.

Demand for our services grew and in 2001 we established The Rickter Company Ltd.
