Groupwork Training

Do you work with groups? Do you have difficulty engaging, motivating or Action Planning with them? Is it hard to get them to interact with you? Do you get a hard time from managers or funders who cannot see the progress you are making, regardless of the level of input you are giving?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions then you may wish to consider our Rickter Groupwork board which will enable you as a facilitator to engage, interact, look at multi perspectives and encourage commonality in Action Planning. It will also allow you to measure soft outcomes which will provide evidence to those managers and funders about the outcomes you are achieving with your groups.

Course duration: 10.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.

Training cost for up to 12 delegates......£800.00

Action Planning Training

We regularly heard concerns from service staff around Action Planning and in response developed an Action Planning Training course. Using the Rickter Scale® you will help to produce a Person-Centred Action Plan which is owned and executed by the individual. The training will help staff build on good practice and increase confidence, contributing to positive individual and service outcomes.

Course duration: 9.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.

Training cost for up to 16 delegates......£900.00

Prices for both courses above exclude Trainer Expenses and vat. We will be happy to supply you with a detailed quotation on request.

Both courses are available to existing Rickter Scale® Practitioners. If you have not already undertaken Rickter Scale® training, then we can deliver both Rickter Scale® and the Action Planning or Groupwork Training over consecutive days - ask us about our special 'Duo-Training Package'.
