Rickter Associates

The Rickter Company Team currently works with over 60 Associates, throughout the UK and abroad.

Our Associates provide invaluable support and expertise, and undergo a selection procedure followed by an intensive induction training course. Upon completion they undertake various quality assurance procedures before becoming fully licensed and in a position to deliver our services. As with all our team, individual performance and levels of service are continually monitored.

Our Associates bring not only shared values and high levels of expertise, but also a wide range of additional services and training.

Develop-meant Training Consultants

Adrian Pitt owns Develop-meant Training Consultants. His organisation offers Management and Business Enterprise programmes, QCF Qualification Assessment and Verification, plus accredited training for the Children and Young People workforce.

Adrian's particular specialism is working with staff who support youngsters not in education, employment or training.

Adrian says:

"That's how I became involved with The Rickter Scale®. I had some great experiences using it with young people so, when the opportunity came along to become an Associate, I jumped at the chance! I enjoyed my time in the Learning and Development team at Black Country Connexions so much that I decided to set up my own company. We offer skills-based and issues-based training that complements some of the knowledge and skills needed to utilise the Rickter Scale® effectively."

Adrian has recently launched a Qualification Centre so now many of the programmes he offers can be certificated.

He continues:

"It's fantastic that I can now promote nationally-recognised accredited programmes to Rickter Scale® practitioners and beyond. I'm looking forward to delivering the new Information, Advice and Guidance qualifications, the Children and Young People Workforce Diplomas, Assessor and Verifier awards and a host of Management Development programmes."

You're more than welcome to join Adrian on Social Media (see below) to share ideas and good practice. However, watch out for his company mascot on Facebook, Darwin the Monkey, he's somewhat of a cheeky chap!
